Simarloo brand glacé fruit products are processed from our Virgin Hills facility located in the Riverland region of South Australia. Virgin Hills has been perfecting the unique process of glacéing fruit for over 40 years and it is with this heritage that we continue to produce Australia's finest quality. Our products are 100% Australian and processed using a combination of traditional methods and advanced technology to produce products that are highly regarded for its distinctive natural flavours and ultra-premium quality.

The glacé process starts from selecting the best whole fruit grown on our own farms or sourced from quality growers throughout Australia. We only use Australian fruit and grade only the best quality fruits for processing.

Fresh fruits are combined with quality ingredients such as gluten-free syrups and non-GMO ingredients for further processing. Products are then processed using a unique combination of traditional methods and advanced technology to ensure that individual glacé fruit lines retain its distinctive fruit flavours. Our manufacturing facility is internationally recognised with SQF2000 accredited and all our products are Kosher certified.
